Welcome. My name is Maribel Monfort, and I am a qualified Reflexologist, Reiki Practitioner, and Holistic Therapist.

 

Having lived in the Surrey Hills with my family for 29 years, I began my career working with young children. Over time, I developed a profound interest in emotional and physical well-being, which led me to pursue training and experience in holistic therapies. 

 

I am also committed to giving back to my community by volunteering in Merstham, where I provide therapeutic support to clients facing mental health challenges, including anxiety and depression, as well as physical conditions such as plantar fasciitis and symptoms related to peri-menopause and menopause.

My qualifications are:

 

• Practitioner Training in Reflexology - Level 3 (accredited by FHT)

• Reiki Master Practitioner in Usui System of Reiki (accredited by FHT)

• Practitioner Training in Indian Head Massage (accredited by FHT)

• Practitioner Training in Thermal Auricular Therapy (hopi ear candles); Lucis College, Dorking

• Continued Professional Development Ayurvedic Face Massage and Crystals (accredited by FHT)

Throughout 2024/5 I have continued my professional development by studying foot reading, metamorphic reflexology, and the inclusion of Chinese medicine in reflexology. At the moment I am also studying Thai foot and hand massage, and the use of flower essences.​
